Prints Charming

Here are some of the gorgeous fabrics from Prints Charming that we have in-store.

Prints Charming is a design & screen printing collaboration between Cath Derksema & Kirsten Junor, who have a studio in Annandale, Sydney.

In addition to the original hand-printed designs available from their studio, their artwork is used in the Prints Charming range produced by Marcus Fabrics in New York.

The soft feel of the fabrics makes them ideal for clothing as well as craft.

The fabrics shown below are from the "Rainbow Garden" range.

"70s Trees - Cars"

"Rainbow Print"

"Baby Starburst - Blue"

Watch out soon for fabrics from Amy Butler & Kaffe Fassett!

Anniversary Sale

It's our first anniversary since opening, so to celebrate we currently have a 20% sale on all fabrics ending on Sunday, 29 March 2009.

It was bedlam at the weekend, with visitors to the shop from all over Victoria!

The sale applies to all fabrics in-store, including fat quarters, wadding & backing fabrics.

Daylesford is glorious during Autumn, so if you haven't visited recently, now there's another great reason to come!

Anette Eriksson

We are excited to have added the Anette Eriksson range of needlework kits to our store.

"Handmade" is a trend that has emerged in interior décor & fashion design during the current economic climate.

The Anette Eriksson range is a contemporary collection for your home that is inspired by Scandinavian design. The range makes extensive use of natural fibres such as hessian & wool.

The kits include complete instructions & materials, including weave, yarn, threads, backing fabric for cushion, needle & graph.

Many of the designs are simple & easy to complete in an evening or two … but there is also plenty for those who are more advanced!
